Stark Development came out to our 140 unit apartment complex to replace all of the damaged wood and stir stringers. It was a long project however they completed the project ahead of schedule. The complex is now much safer for the residents. We really appreciate the work that they did. Very professional crews, cleaned up every day and great craftmanship. They take pride in their work, I highly recommend them for your next project.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom remodel. Stark Development has transformed our 1960 dated bathroom to a new fantastic looking bathroom. Stark Development was instrumental in rehabing several of our vacant units and bringing them up to date. He also repaired several safety issues we had, replaced balconies, replaced stair stringers, repaired stucco, welded railings, replaced stairs and painted complex. they can handle every project when it comes to apartment maintenance. We would highly recommend them.

Stark Development Inc.completed two bathroom remodels for us. The first one was a large bathroom. They completely gutted the bathroom down to the studs and replaced all of the drywall and installed cement board for the tile installation. The installed new electrical, toilet, vanity and fan. We had a major water leak and they also removed all of the mold. The secopnd bathroom required them to construct a shower pan for the shower. We were very pleased with the final results. If you are looking for a reputable contractor, look no further these guys are great.

I called Stark Development Inc. form the website. At first I wasn't sure if they took on small projects. When I discussed my honey do list with them it was no problem. they showed up the next day and completed all of my little projects. I am planning on remodeling my bathroom next yer and they are the ones that i will call.

Our kitchen was in a desperate nedd for a complete makeover. We called Stark Development for a free estimate. their quote was in line with our budget. They replaced all of the cabinets, changed out the plumbing and added several electrical plugs and lights. The project was completed in two weeks which is what we had planned. We are very pleased with the job that they did.

We have a 10 unit complex in pacific Beach. We had a water leak in one of the units which destroyed the bathroom in the unit below. Stark Development came out and did the work in 4 days allowing us to get our tenants back into their unit without a long delay. The tenants are very happy with their new bathroom remodelThe entire process went smooth and we will call them with all of our maintenance needs.

Our house was built in 1953 and was in need of wood repair from termite damage. Stark Development Inc. did the work for us. the work involved repalcin all of the facia boards on the house, replacing several doors and locks, replacing some eaves with wood damage from termites. The entire house was also preped and painted. A lot of the paint was blistering so it took quite a bit of prep work. The house now looks updated and we love to have guests over now.

We don't usually write reviews but after the wonderful job that was done on our bathrrom I did. Our bathroom had an old cast iron tub in it which was always cold to get into. We really didn't take to many baths so we decided to go with just a shower. Stark Development Inc. built us a new shower pan which was tiled and tiled all of the walls around the shower pan. They also installed a custom shower door of solid glass. We are very pleased with the results and recommendeded them to several of our friends and neighbors.
